View MoreWardrobe doors are the visible faces of a storage system. They close off wardrobes, cabinets and built-in furniture, and they set the tone of a room. A door can slide, swing on hinges, sit flush as a built-in front, or work as a fascia panel over a larger cabinet structure.
Most orders start from a handful of project facts: the opening size, the surface finish, the color, the board thickness and the hardware. Get those right and the doors suit apartments, hotels, homes and cabinetry programs equally well.
SUPERU makes wardrobe doors in custom sizes, with a range of finishes and three panel styles: shaker, flat and fully customized.
We build doors on three core materials: MDF, plywood and moisture-proof particle board. Pick the one that fits your thickness, finish, style and the room the wardrobe will sit in.
MDF Wardrobe Doors
MDF has a smooth, even face, so it takes decorative finishes well. It is the usual choice for flat doors and for routed or shaped panels. We pair it with melamine, lacquer, PVC or acrylic, depending on the look you want.
If you need the same surface quality across hundreds of doors, MDF is a safe base. It works for shaker doors, flat doors and custom panel designs.
Plywood Wardrobe Doors
Plywood suits projects that call for a wood-based core and a stable panel structure. It accepts several surface treatments, including wood grain and solid (united) colors.
For custom-size plywood doors, confirm the thickness, finish and hardware plan before production starts.
Moisture-Proof Particle Board Wardrobe Doors
This board comes in 16mm and 18mm. Choose it when the specification requires a moisture-resistant core. It takes melamine, lacquer, PVC or acrylic surfaces.
For interior wardrobe systems, check four things together: thickness, edge treatment, surface finish and packaging method.
The table below puts our material and finish options side by side, so project teams can shortlist quickly.

Use this table together with your thickness, color, size and hardware requirements. Each of those can change the final choice.
The finish decides how a door looks, how it cleans and how its color reads in the room. We offer four: melamine, lacquer, PVC and acrylic.
Melamine Finish Wardrobe Doors
Melamine is a durable laminated surface. It comes in wood-grain and solid-color looks, and it suits furniture that needs a tidy, low-fuss face. It can be applied over MDF, particle board or plywood, depending on the construction you specify.
Lacquer Finish Wardrobe Doors
Lacquer gives a painted look with smooth, even color. It is a good fit for fascia panels and custom doors in modern, simple rooms. It looks especially clean on flat panels in white, grey or a custom color.
PVC Finish Wardrobe Doors
A PVC layer wraps the panel surface and gives a decorative, finished face. Color, texture and panel shape can all vary. It suits doors that need full surface coverage and a style matched to the rest of the interior.
Acrylic Finish Wardrobe Doors
Acrylic produces a smooth, sleek surface. It fits modern designs where a clean visual plane is the point of the door.
Thickness affects strength, appearance, hardware fit and planning. We supply 12mm, 16mm and 18mm boards, and we can work to a customized thickness.
Sizes can be standard or customized, so the panels can be cut to match your wardrobe system or furniture layout. Hardware is supplied according to your requirements.
Before production, confirm these details:
Settling these points early keeps the finished doors in line with your furniture system, surface style and installation plan.
Color, panel shape and finish work together. Our range includes wood-grain and solid-color options, plus white, grey, brown, arched, smooth, dome and modern designs across the listed models.
White Wardrobe Doors
White suits bright, simple rooms. Three models show how different it can look: CD-Y001 White Interior Pattern Wardrobe Door, CD-Y002 Double White Frame Wardrobe Door and CD-Y007 White Dome Wardrobe Door. White can be made in shaker, flat or customized styles.
Grey Wardrobe Doors
Grey pairs easily with neutral walls, wood floors and contemporary furniture, which is why it shows up so often in modern spaces. The CD-Y004 Gray Smooth Wardrobe Door is a good example of this plain, smooth direction. It can be finished in lacquer, melamine, PVC or acrylic.
Wood Grain Wardrobe Doors
Wood grain brings a natural, warmer tone to fascia and cabinetry. The CD-Y006 Brown Arched Wood Grain Wardrobe Door combines brown grain with an arched profile. Consider wood grain when you want a warmer surface or need to match other furniture.
Shaker, Flat and Customized Styles
A shaker door has a framed panel look. A flat door keeps the surface plain. Customized styles can follow your own panel shape, size, color and finish. All three are available, so one supplier can cover wardrobe systems with different design directions.
Before you finalize an order, confirm the material, thickness, finish, color, size, hardware, environmental grade, production time and packaging. A clear specification makes sure the finished panels fit the wardrobe system and the design plan.
The checklist:
Review these items as one set. Most production delays and mismatches come from a gap between two of them, such as thickness and hardware.
